Meet Ayla, a shining example of passion and dedication blossoming into expertise. Starting as a Saturday and after-school worker at West Malling Flowers, Ayla was initially unfamiliar with the world of floristry. However, as she spent more time among the blooms and bouquets, she discovered the profound impact and the incredible artistry of floral design.

"The more I worked there, the more I saw just how much floristry meant to people and the incredible designs that could be made from flowers," Ayla recalls. This realisation ignited a passion in her, and she knew her heart belonged to floristry. Motivated by this newfound love, Ayla decided to pursue formal training at college and has never looked back.

Today, Ayla stands proud as a fully qualified junior florist at West Malling Flowers, infusing each arrangement with her signature style—a style that is pretty, girly, and with a hint of glitter. Ayla's journey from a curious helper to a skilled creator of beauty is not just inspiring; it's a testament to the magic that flowers can bring into our lives.
